Our Day Club is a haven for people who are from the generation of private clubs. Our members relish the varied range of activities and excursions hosted, as much as the friendships they make with other members.
We welcome individuals to join our residents for our wide range of in-house activities and external excursions. From trips to the ballet, sporting events, local walks and exhibitions to pet therapy, gardening, craft and exercise, our fun activities are tailored around individual interests and are enjoyed by all. What’s more, our award winning chefs are passionate about creating personalised menus that are fit to rival fine dining restaurants.
The Day Club programmes have been developed in conjunction with the University of West London’s Dementia Care Centre Innovation Lab. Led by Mwaya Siwale, Head of Memory Care at Chelsea Court Place, the programmes have been curated using the latest research, techniques and innovations to deliver the very best early stage therapy. The programmes benefit from the expertise of Professor Victoria Tischler, Head of Dementia Care at the University of West London and utilise the latest neuroscience and psychological evidence to help improve interactions, mood and mobility for people living with dementia.
We also offer advice and training to carers and family members to help support them to deliver the best care. From curating personal care plans to giving practical guidance and emotional encouragement, our team fully understand the unique needs of each individual. We are dedicated to improving the lives of our members.
