Our award-winning hospitality team is passionate about raising the standards of care home food and changing the future of food nutrition in aged care. We believe that any food served should be of restaurant quality and we take great pride in cooking delicious food that is celebrated.
The kitchen is led by an award-winning duo. Executive Chef, Matt Dodge (Runner Up NACC Care Chef of the Year 2015) and head Chef, Alex Morte (NACC Care Chef of the Year 2016) create an abundance of delicious seasonal menus. They really take the time to get to know each individual and understand their nutritional requirements and preferences in order to bespoke the daily menus. Rarely is a plate not finished!
The Daily Menu
We serve lunch as the main meal of the day, inviting all to make their selection from a daily menu each morning, choosing from 3 starters, 3 mains 3 desserts and a cheese board. Special requests are always welcome on the daily menu and we love nothing more than a celebration – birthdays, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day as well as a weekly Sunday lunch are all causes for celebration at Chelsea Court Place! Family and friends are also invited to join us at any time.
Fresh is best
Our chefs source the freshest of produce from local suppliers, all grown organically in the UK, including the herbs which are foraged by our Executive Chef. All meals are accompanied with vegetables and salad to optimise nutrition and the café is open 24 hours a day, serving fresh coffees, teas, fruit and snacks.
Our private dining room and Indoor Garden & Sunroom are available for our residents and family to use. Whether hosting a dinner party or a champagne reception, we encourage our members to make full use of our beautiful home and the facilities within, truly making it their own.
