The care we provide

Chelsea Court Place is not a typical nursing home – residents receive a full range of nursing care support, including trial stays, short stay and convalescent care, as well as long-term care, but our services are bespoke and uniquely tailored for each individual. Chelsea Court Place is the UK’s first purpose-built facility specialising in memory care and is perfectly placed to meet the specialist nursing care needs of those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia to meet the specific. Residents are encouraged to bring valued personal possessions to create a sense of familiarity and comfort.
