Care Assistants Required

Full or Part time Hours- Must Be Flexible to cover Day Shifts including Weekends

An exceptional modern and bright Nursing Home in the heart of Chelsea providing round the clock bespoke Dementia Support for up to 15 Residents.

As well as providing Personal Care to meet our Members’ needs in terms of washing, dressing and all personal hygiene matters; you will be required to assist in providing our members with stimulating activities to maximise their mental and physical wellbeing.

Our person centred approach relies on our employees going the extra mile to provide the highest quality of care for our Members .  We are looking for enthusiastic dedicated individuals able to contribute and support our commitment to maintaining our excellent standard of care.

Essential Requirements

  • Passionate and dedicated
  • Polite friendly and warm
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with older people and have a genuine interest in their needs
  • Ability to coordinate activities and events to support individuals
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a supportive manner
  • Experience of Dementia Care
  • Completed or willing to complete mandatory training
  • ALL POSITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO ENHANCED DBS CHECK

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses with an up to date registration with the NMC. Our person centred approach relies on our employees going the extra mile to provide a premium quality service for our Members. We seek to maximise their well-being whilst encouraging independence and personal choice.

In addition we are looking for excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with older people whilst having a genuine interest in their needs.

Essential skills and Requirements

  • To provide direct Nursing Care
  • Experience of Dementia care in the care home setting
  • Care planning assessment and implementation
  • Risk assessments
  • Clinical team worker
  • Recording keeping and management
  • Administration of prescribed medicines
  • Managing a team of Care staff
  • Flexible able to work a variety of shift patterns including nights
  • Good team worker able to relate to a diversity of people
  • Subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
